At Koreesence, we strive to provide the best experience for our clients. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a class or appointment. Cancellations made within this timeframe will not receivea a refund and will be rescheduled within 4 weeks. Any cancellation after 48 hours will incur a 50% charge of their booking.
2. No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for a scheduled class or appointment without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.
